STU Arts Dance is an arts organization dedicated to using dance and movement for personal, professional, and community development across various communities in the Brussels Capital Region. Our goal is to utilize our unique pedagogical approach to revolutionize dance and movement in Belgium through engaging movement classes, workshops, performances and curriculums. Arts Administration & Program Development Intern

STU Arts Dance is seeking an Arts Administration & Program Development Intern to support the organization, development, and creative growth of our studio programs. This role focuses on improving internal systems, supporting seasonal scheduling, enhancing student experience, and contributing to workshop and content development. The intern will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director and gain hands-on experience in arts administration and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain Google Drive folders

  • Create internal checklists and improve studio systems

  • Assist with seasonal class scheduling and edit class descriptions

  • Create class feedback surveys and organize results

  • Help design themed workshops

  • Write dance-related blog posts

  • Assist with studio marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Motivated and able to work independently

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Creative and proactive

  • Fluent in English (French/Dutch a plus)

Commitment: 10 hours per week (unpaid)
